Can i put a drawing, slogan or my name… on the PFD?
Yes, this is our speciality! Send us a picture of what you would like to put on the PFD in the best quality possible and we will make it real.
How can i personalize my PFD?
You can choose up to 3 colors.
You can put a stitched logo, it has some extra cost, but not to worry it will be cheap. The logo always will be in the back of the PFD. Make sure that the picture is in the best quality possible
How can i pay for my PFD?
You can pay by PayPal or by bank transfer.
Do you send it to me? Who will pay for the shipment?
We send national and international shipments, that amount is paid by you, but we always try to find the most economical and secure option.
How long it takes to make my PFD?
This will depend on the quantity and level of personalization that you want for your PFD. Usually it takes around 15 working days to make the Element PFD.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects and are covered under warranty. Manufacturing defects will be replaced at Ape Stuff’s discretion at no cost. Please note; warranty replacements sent to a country other than the one where the original purchase was made will incur additional shipping charges.
If you feel your product needs a face lift or a repair due to normal wear and tear we will be happy to fix it for a reasonable price. Send us a message and we will give you more details.
